I wanted to take a moment to express my profound gratitude for the exceptional care you provided during my recent visit. When I first came to you, I was struggling with a blockage in my right ear and difficulty walking in a straight line. The ear blockage was particularly frustrating, and I initially thought it might be something as simple as wax buildup or an infection.
During our appointment, you took the time to ask detailed questions about my condition. Even though I became frustrated at times, you remained incredibly patient and explained the importance of understanding a patient’s history before relying on tests for confirmation. Your thorough approach gave me confidence in your care.
When you suspected a more serious issue and referred me for a hearing test, I was shocked and distressed to learn that I had lost nearly 70% of my hearing on that side. I was overwhelmed with emotion, but your calm attitude and reassuring words helped me manage my anxiety. You prescribed a high dose of steroids and asked me to return after five days. Although I was initially concerned about the high dosage, your reassurance, backed by your 25 years of experience, eased my worries.
The waiting period was nerve-wracking, but I was immensely relieved to find that my hearing had returned to normal when I came back for my follow-up visit. I cannot thank you enough for your expertise and compassionate care.
