Dear Dr. Kumaresh, I was very much impressed because you did not suggest any unnecessary antibiotic. Also you had the patience to go through the paper I have given which had my medical history. I have seen before that many doctors don't really consider the patient's input. My throat conditions improved a lot after a week and I went through your documents +some documents posted on websites. Overall idea I got is that tonsillectomy is not recommended for me (you mentioned this) I recommended you to a few colleagues in the very next week of visit. We need more doctors like you rather than someone who prescribes antibiotics recklessly. Unfortunately 2 other ENT specialists whom I consulted didn't help me at all. My request to you is to publish a blog on long term effects of antibiotics which are taken now and then (self medication is rampant. People even buy AUGMENTIN without prescription I am monitoring my status continuously and may require your consultancy in the future. Wish you all the best and success! Dear Doctor, I always had ear block problems in my right ear. I had visited numerous ENT doctors for my ear block in past 3 years before coming to you. But during my visit you made me recognize I had something more than an ear block. I thought it is just the wax and once it is removed everything will be fine. When Dr Kumaresh was doing the microscopic ear procedure to remove the wax, he found a tissue instead of Wax and he was immediately able to identify that I am having cholesteatoma. In order to confirm that it is cholesteatoma, he asked to do a biopsy on the specimen. Mean while he put me under very simple medication. As suspected it was cholesteatoma. But by the time my results came in, the medicine he had prescribed had done its magic. When i read about this disease i was relieved that the Doctor identified this at the right time and my hearing ability was saved. My experience has been comforting and satisfying.
